Designed around the phenomenon of mushrooms that sprout in circle formations after a heavy rain, also known as “fairy circles”, the Oomps benches create a ring of conversation and engagement.

The structure of the benches is inspired by the form of a mushroom. Yet these are no ordinary fungi, crowned with a white faux fur upholstery against the thin metal frame, the Oomps are imbued with personality and appear to leisurely float in the space. The visual and tactile softness of the upholstery is welcoming and invites you to sit and experience the softness first hand. The metal frame is accented with a green metallic powder suggesting the growth of moss or lichen climbing up the frame.
